Holt Athletic Association is a non-profit organization offering planned competitive sports programs for children.  We emphasize participation, sportsmanship, and technical instruction.  HAA is governed by the President of the Board of Directors and each sport is governed by a commissioner.  Board members are volunteers, as are all coaches that help run the sports and the facilities.  There are no paid positions on the Board of Directors.
